Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:

Order number.
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must submit a clear, unedited video of opening the package, showing the product, and highlighting the defect found.
- The video should be recorded at the time of unboxing to help us verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products purchased during sale or discount offers are non-returnable.

Returns due to personal preference (size, color liking, style choice) are not accepted.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Otherwise, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Important Notes

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
