Return & Refund Policy

At Tejorii Trends, we take great care in crafting and delivering quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order number.

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must submit a clear, unedited video of opening the package, showing the product, and highlighting the defect found.
  • The video should be recorded at the time of unboxing to help us verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers are non-returnable.

  • Returns due to personal preference (size, color liking, style choice) are not accepted.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.


Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
